"I feel I’ve got a much better idea of what meditation is and how useful and wholesome it can be. I’ve been searching for something for a while and I feel now that meditation may help me with this – maybe not to necessarily find what it is, but to help me make the best choices along the way. It may be also that I feel more strongly now that it’s OK if I don’t find what it is, that it’s more important to make the most of the journey." SG, Melbourne
